1. All orders are assembled and shipped from Austin,Texas. Orders will be shipped the following Friday from when the order is recieved. All orders will ship US Mail, unless requested next day,then FEDEX will be used.
2. Bulk orders and Special order items can be made and shipped,prior arrangements MUST be made before delivery.
3. All feathers are natural, not man-made. Color variations,due to manufacturers used, will occur. We will do our best to ensure the highest quality of color matches to the item you request.
4. All items are sold complete and as is. If for any reason you are not satisfied, e-mail your request,complaint or comment to us and we will be happy to address your inquiry.
5. Special orders- the following is a guideline for any special order:
Quantity,size color preference,time frame for delivery,item requested,any add-ons to product(such as wood beads,shell beads,semi-precious stones,etc.) MUST BE IN WRITING/E-Mail only.A written confirmation will be given and a partial payment will be required before order is assembled and shipped. Balance of order is due upon notification of order ready to ship. No exceptions.
6. Bulk orders and any discounts on products will be authorized by Crafts-N-More only. Just ask for details!
